Kali and Zach "Our Story"

How we met:
My friend Blair and her husband Jeremy have been friends with Zach for a long while. For several months they were trying to get us to meet and neither one of us wanted to be in any type of relationship. We finally agreed to go to dinner with them one night. I remember sitting on my Mom's couch complaining that I did not want to go on a blind date and my Mom said "oh just go, it will be fun! It's not like you have to marry him or anything". We ended up completely hitting it off! We were laughing, carrying on great conversation and even eating off of each others plates. Shortly after we met he went to Europe for 10 days in which we could only talk through e-mail. He sent me at least 3 e-mails each day until he arrived home and we went on our second date. We continued dating but only to come to a halt when we both realized this was becoming serious and we needed to make sure this was what we both wanted. So we went our separate ways for a month or two only to find that we could not be apart. We went to dinner one night and realized then that this was meant to be. As soon as Zach knew I would be a part of his life forever he let me meet the most important person in his life, his son Austin! After meeting Austin I knew exactly who Zach was and why I fell in love with him. He is so much a part of him and who he is that I finally felt like I met my match and wanted to be a part of this little family. Both of us feel very blessed to have found each other and now almost 2 years of dating we will be saying "I do" in Costa Rica on April 28th 2012! We cannot wait to start our lives together and grow our family!
